Hünnebeck's
CS 240 L climbing scaffold is a crane-mounted mobile scaffold used both as a
support scaffold in accordance with DIN 4421 for supporting wall formwork and
as a working and protective scaffold in accordance with DIN 4420 Part 1 for
reinforcement, concrete, and curing work.
The steel
structure is fully hot-dip galvanized.
The
project-specific assembly of scaffold units ensures a high degree of
adaptability to specific structures.
The wall
formworks are connected to the bracket scaffold to form complete, crane-movable
units. A retraction device on the CS 240 L allows the formwork to be lowered by
up to 83 cm, depending on the formwork type. A tilting device allows for the
formwork to be folded down.
Any
required concrete surface can be achieved using either frame formwork or
timber-beam wall formwork.
Depending
on the scaffold width, it can be used at heights greater than 100 m above
ground level and allows a maximum formwork height of 5.40 m.

CS 240 climbing scaffold | Hünnebeck
The Loading Platform 5 800/290 helps to safely transport construction materials on
construction sites. It is pre-assembled with minor adjustments possible both horizontally
and vertically using the integrated crane attachment points. The Loading Platform is mounted on the outside of the building. The loading area
protrudes from the building and offers a safe storage area of approx. 10.00 m2 which
can be used to transport materials in and out of the building at floor level. Panel railings that prevent items and persons from falling off the platform ensure a safe
working environment when working on the platform. The platform surface is made of
slip-resistant corrugate plates.The Loading Platform is used to transport materials on site. It can be used in floors with
a clearance of 1.90 m to 5.90 m. It can support up to 5,000 kg distributed across the
entire surface.
The TOPMAX Table Lifting System is a modular construction system,
which can be adapted quickly and flexibly to the requirements of the building.This system consists of a basic unit (basic frame with drive, control and three-part
hoisting cage), single triangle lattice tower elements, pylon ties for the connection to
the building, floor gates and connection cables.
