SUPERDECK® is a high-performance aluminium slab formwork system designed for fast assembly, early striking, and safe working conditions. The system combines optimized beam profiles with flexible layout options.

Optimised structural concept
- SUPERDECK drophead with formwork and striking positions
- Optimised primary beam profile providing high stiffness and high load capacity
- Aluminium secondary beams with integrated timber strip
- Optional timber secondary beams (H12 profile)
- Welded primary beams for increased durability
Fast assembly and dismantling
- 45° chamfered beam ends for easier installation at height
- Wide support surface ensures high stability during assembly
- Positive locking system prevents uplift and ensures excellent slab flatness
- Primary beams can be connected in all four directions safely from ground level or a mobile scaffold
- Beams can be temporarily suspended at 45° during installation
- Secondary beams can be individually spaced according to the formwork layout and to plywood dimension.
Early striking and high productivity
- Formwork can be dismanteled quickly and efficiently
- A 15 cm drop is achieved by releasing the prop head with a hammer
- Enables 24-hour cycling (subject to structural engineer approval)
- Props remain in place during concrete pouring
Safe installation from ground level
- An assembly rod allows installation of beams up to 3.20 m formwork height from ground
