The Hünnebeck
ID15 Frame Support is a support tower system with base dimensions of 1.0 m x
1.0 m. By using only 6 standard components every required height can be achieved.
Depending on the height, towers can be assembled with Frames 100, Frames 133 or
combinations of these frames and with supplementary components.
Towers of
any height can be erected without steps utilising the combined adjustment range
of the Head Jack and Base Jack, wich exceeds the 33 cm grid of the frames. All
component parts are robust and hot-dip galvanized. The self weight including Head
and Base Jacks is approximately 42 kg/vertical meter.
The bearing
plates of the Head and Base Jacks are articulated and allow adaptations to
slopes of up to 6%.
In total
the full adjustment range of the jacks are 59.8 cm.
Both Frames
(100 and 133) use the same type of diagonal for bracing. When stacking frames
on top of each other, the orientation of the standard frames is shifted by 90°
from lift to lift ensuring the same rigidity of the ID15 tower in both
directions.
The connection
of the standard frames are tension-proof due to the built-in quick-action
connectors.
The
vertical leg is made of tubular steel with an outside diameter of 48.3mm and
therefore allows the connection of standard scaffolding tubes and couplers.
When the ID15 Towers are properly horizontally braced and anchored, almost any
height can be achieved.
Horizontal
assembly
The design
of the individual components allows the ID15 towers to be assembled in
horizontal position. Even tall towers can be assembled quickly and
time-savingly this way and then lifted and transported to the location of use
by the help of a crane.
